We start every project with our pre-design Vision and Feasibility Study, a low-commitment contract that we complete prior to providing a full-services design proposal. This process is necessary to assure that your project needs are clear and that the site is suitable. We also want to assure that we are the right fit for you as architects and you are the right fit for us as clients. Design is a very personal experience and it’s important that all parties gel well together to end up with the best outcome.

Once we have completed the Vision and Feasibility Study we will provide you a proposal for the design and construction administration of the work including; existing conditions documents (if needed), schematic design, design development and coordination with consultants and builder, construction documents including full plans and specifications, construction administration, move in.

The design always starts with loose conceptual hand sketches and sketch models and is ultimately developed into 3D computer modeling and rendering to help our clients visualize.
